Leadership & Career Coaching

The best way to change the world starts with getting very clear about who you are, what you want, and what you are willing to do to get yourself there.  Through a coaching relationship, I can help you pinpoint your passions, combat your fears, overcome the barriers keeping you stuck, and develop a plan to move forward in your career and in your life.

  • Work less and play more

  • Replace the anxiety with optimism and excitement

  • Align your true passions with your day-to-day work

  • Learn new tools to excel in your career

  • Shake that self critic and give yourself permission to do what you love

  • Find joy again at work and soar in your career

It's time to unleash you. I can be a powerful asset if you are ready to take that next step in life.

Psychotherapy for Adults

Are you overwhelmed, sad, anxious or feeling lost in your life or career? Maybe you want to heal wounds that have festered or forge a different relationship with yourself, a partner, a future partner or with a family member? No matter what brings you, I look forward to helping you to find your voice, reclaim your strength, and ignite your spirit.

I believe in the power of empathic relationships to unleash human potential, and I draw from evidence-based approaches that integrate the mind and the body to promote healing. I am trained in Level I Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the treatment of Trauma, Level II Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the treatment of attachment injury and repair, and I draw from Relational Psychodynamic Theory, ACT, Positive Psychology and MB-CBT to address interpersonal challenges, catalyze behavior change, and support emotional growth.

I support clients to get reimbursed out-of-network by their insurance companies. In response to COVID-19, I am currently seeing all clients virtually. In the future, my office is located right next to the Dupont Circle Metro at 1606 20th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009.

Don't spend another day feeling anxious, depressed, scared, lost or alone. Give me a call to set up a free phone consultation at 202-791-4531 or contact me.
